Baseball Cards
What date is used to classify Baseball Cards?
For example, some baseball cards have one year on the front of the card, while on the back is a different date written in fine print? What is the right date?
The year next to the player's last statistics shown on the back of the card plus one year.
For example if the last statistic year shows 2001 then the card is for the start of the next season which is 2002.
Also if you look at the back of the card at the bottom in small print sometimes there will be a year. If you see that, that is the year the card was made.
