i want to be a Doctor but then again i want to be a teacher and it less years in college hat should i be?help?

You could ultimately do both... learn to be a doctor then go into teaching people to be doctors. But before you decide either way--you need to figure out what's important to you. Is teaching more important or healing? Is it important to you to make a lot of money in your profession?--teachers do not make a lot of money--doctors do. Schools are desperate for good math and science teachers. Take out two pieces of paper. On one write a list of pros and cons for being a doctor..on the other write a lits of pros and cons for being a teacher. Which one is more appealing? Still don't know? See if you can volunteer at a hospital or hospice--or see if a teacher would let you observe. Do some research..both are rewarding careers.
