When restoring ipod from backup, does your game apps still have the saved content?

I have a lot games apps on my ipod touch and i already back them up. If anything were to happen to my ipod that i would have to restore, would my games still be the same. what i mean is, will the game be left at the level i played at before i backup the ipod?. Or will they be reset to the beginning?

If you backed up your iPod with the games saved already then it'll restart from where you left off. Although you could never really know with Apple stuff.
