Since EA Sports has discontinuied MVP Baseball (due to not having an MLB license) What is the best 08 game?
I want a new MLB game. I always used to get EA Sports but they dont make MVP anymore, so what do you guys think is the bes baseball game to get?
MLB The Show (If you have a PS3), but if you have a Wii or Xbox 360, you are unfortunately stuck with MLB 2k8, which is very mediocre.
If you have an Xbox 360, try to go to videogame resale stores and see if you can find MVP 04, because the game is backwards compatible to work on the 360, but the only downside is that the rosters will be outdated. (you may be able to update them online).
If you have a Wii, you are pretty much stuck with 2k8, but I would rather play the baseball game on Wii Sports.
As for the MLB license, I think it expires in 2012, so if you can wait til then (probably not), then I would just get the game then.
